About Us

Yair Chaver (he/his) earned his Juris Doctor degree from University of California San Francisco College of the Law (formerly Hastings College of the Law) and also holds a Master of Science degree in Biology.  Yair’s legal practice is focused primarily on Estate Planning – providing guidance and advice to clients planning for their futures and the disposition of their assets.  Yair also assists clients in resolving current issues with their estate planning documents and with estate administration.

Yair has worked to protect people’s right to a clean, healthy, and diverse environment – working as an environmental attorney, governmental policy analyst, educator - and conducting research as a wildlife biologist.  His passion for the protection of the natural environment and his professional experience in this area ­honed his ability to view issues from multiple perspectives, and he enjoys applying this skill to his estate planning practice.  Yair also has an aptitude for understanding and empathizing with diverse types of people and employs this capability to help his clients feel comfortable and confident while contemplating their estate planning matters.

When Yair is not practicing the law, he is likely to be found spending time outdoors with his family, riding his bike, walking his dog, or spending time with a good book and a cup of coffee.
