• Estate Planning - This is the process of preparing, coordinating, and arranging your personal and financial affairs during your lifetime. Think of estate planning as a way of putting all the puzzle pieces together. I can help you assemble the pieces of your financial puzzle. This can be done by preparation of customized Wills, Trusts (Revocable, Irrevocable, Special Needs, Life Insurance, Personal Residence, Charitable), and Powers of Attorney, and Health Care Directives. My goal is to simplify your life and assist you with your endeavors. I strive to provide you with a customized plan to fit your individual needs.
• Review of Existing Estate Planning Documents  -  It is a good idea to regularly review your existing estate plan.  It is especially important whenever your circumstances change significantly, or when new laws are passed that may impact your planning.  Contact me to request a review of your existing plan, which will include a read-through and a meeting to discuss any changes you may wish to make or that are recommended by the attorney.  With information from this meeting, you will decide whether to amend your plan, and if so, to what extent.
• Probate  -  If you have lost a family member who did not have a Will, or who had a Will but no Trust, you may benefit from help navigating the court supervised administration of the estate.  In some cases judicial supervision is not required and I will be able to help you administer the estate without involving the court.
• Trust Administration - I will provide legal guidance and support through the process of administering a Trust.  I will review your particular situation to ascertain the appropriate amount of aid that you might require and advise you accordingly.  You may find that you need trust administration assistance in the following situations: 

                            * At someone’s passing, whether you are the trustee, a beneficiary, or both.

                            * If you are appointed as trustee of a revocable trust for someone living.

                            * If you are trustee of an irrevocable trust.
